
We believe that it is vital to measure our performance against our strategic objectives. The Group led the industry in defining a set of key performance indicators (KPIs) which provide a detailed snapshot of how the Group is performing. At the end of every business quarter we publish a breakdown of these indicators for both the business as a whole and for each of our operational segments.

As a company we also appreciate that there are areas of our performance that can’t be measured simply by looking at our financial statements or the current state of our balance sheet. In these areas we engage independent agencies to review our standards and systems. For example, PartyGaming was one of the first online gaming companies to successfully achieve certification from GamCare, the leading responsible gaming charity. We are also subject to a separate audit of our processes and procedures by eCOGRA as a condition of our membership of the EGBA.
